Parking

For non-Rutgers guests only: If you are bringing your car to the conference, you will need to register it with Rutgers Parking. Separate registrations are required for parking on Busch campus on Oct 11, and parking at the Rutgers University Inn and Conference Center during your stay or attending the conference on Saturday Oct 12.   Click the following links to download a map of the Busch campus or  a map of the Cook/Douglass campus.  

Parking on Friday, October 11, 2019 (for non-Rutgers guests only):
Visitors may park in Lots 53A, 64 & 60A  must use the link below to register for the event. When registering, the following fields should be filled out: State, License Plate (no spaces), Make, Style, and Color. Please do not search for specific events by name.

Parking at the Rutgers University Inn and Conference Center or attending the conference on Saturday, October 12, 2019, please register your vehicle. Visitors may park in Lots 74A, 76 and 82 but must register their vehicles for the event using the link below.  Faculty, Staff, and Students must park only in lots they are authorized to park in. When registering, the  following fields should be filled out: State, License Plate (no spaces), Make, Style, and Color. Please do not search for specific events by name.
