New Horizons in Disordered and Interacting Quantum Materials

Renowned Physicist, Elihu Abrahams passed away on October 18th 2018 aged 91. His loss is felt by his friends, family and colleagues across the world and throughout the physics community.

To honor the legacy of Elihu Abraham's physics career and life, the Rutgers Center for Materials Theory and the Department of Physics and Astronomy will be hosting a two day conference on the 11th and 12th of October. The first day of the meeting will be hosted at the Department of Physics and Astronomy on Busch Campus, while the second day of the conference will be held at the Rutgers University Inn & Conference Center on Douglass Campus. A Banquet will take place on the evening of the12th of October.

New Horizons in Disordered and Interacting Quantum Materials will bring together a world-class line up of speakers who will provide a perspective on the current developments and challenges in the fields where Abrahams was most active.
